How Do I Place An Order:

There are two different ways that you can order:
  • Place a order online using your credit card. Our secure website uses the shopping cart method which is common on many websites. Simply place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. We’ll inform you of the items you’ve selected to purchase, what the items are, the total product charges and the shipping charges. Items can be added or removed from the cart at any time. At the end of your visit you may enter the checkout procedure to purchase your items or choose to leave without purchasing anything. You have not commited to purchase anything until your checkout is complete.
  • Or, print a PDF order form and mail it with your check or money order to:

We offer a 30 Day Guarantee on every product we offer.  If you find a problem with your purchase, e-mail Customer Service at active.albums@gmail.comin advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) within 30 days of purchase date. For proper credit, items should be packed so there is no damage during return shipment to us. Please enclose the original packing slip and briefly explain the reason for the return. Please indicate if you would like a replacement, exchange, or credit.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges

The customer assumes all costs in shipping returns to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
 

Order Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, please send an cancellation email to active.albums@gmail.com with "cancellation" in the subject line.

The text of your email cancellation must contain the following information: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Out of Stock Policy

  • The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
  • Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
